Common: Tiredness, dizziness, headache, cold extremities (fingers/feet), minor ankle swelling (edema), nausea, and diarrhea/constipation.
Severe/Rare: Profound bradycardia (dangerously slow heart rate), severe hypotension (low blood pressure causing syncope), bronchial constriction (breathing issues in asthma patients), heart block, and masked symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) in diabetic patients.
